30 Days

The great Morgan Spurlock suggested that 30 days can change you life.

I stumbled across this idea for a second time while watching Matt Cutts part of the Ignite Talk at the Google IO conference, you can watch this for yourself at Lifehacker.

The concept is simple, to try and change something, it doesn’t have to be something big, but something and to do it consistently for 30 days, This is long enough to form a habit, but not that long that it seems impossible.

As I myself am a creature of habit and find it really difficult to change I thought I might give the idea a go.

But where to start?

Well as I sat eating a bowl of Frosties at breakfast time for possibly the first time this year I thought maybe this is the one to start with, to eat breakfast everyday. Now I know this might seem silly but its something I know I should do, but for one reason or another I don’t.

So 30 day challenge number 1 is Eat Breakfast every day.
