New Years resolutions-ish
Last year I wrote a big long list of New Years resolutions, and for the most part I failed. The only thing I did managed to do is cut out sugar in my coffee, which considering the amount of coffee I drink that’s no mean feat.
So this year I decided to do something different, rather than try to do everything all at once I’m going to set myself a challenge each month, and in order to keep track of these challenges I have one resolution and that is simply to blog more, the plan is to produce a minimum of 1 blog post per week and with 12 separate challenges that should give me plenty of content to write about.
Challenge number 1 is to lose some weight, a combination of a bad back, poor diet and a job that means I spend my life sitting at a desk has resulted in me getting rather Podgy around the middle. Apparently for my height I should be between 152 and 189lbs. As it stands I’m weighing in at 197.4 which might not seem like much but as you can see from my 3D scan it’s all around my bellow and with my weakened back that extra weight is a real struggle to carry.
Not entirely sure how much weigh I want to lose, but I’ll know when I get there.
