Keyphrase Order

Dec 31, 2020 | SEO, Web Design

When you are trying to get a website to rank in the search engines one of the first tasks you need to perform is keyword research, this is where you decide what words or phrases you want your website to rank for.

The natural order of language will most likely define how your users search, but this will often contradict how your site is set up.

For example

Websites are often set up as Category/Product such as Speakers/Bose where people are likely to search the other way around, Bose Speakers.

Consider this when structuring your site, and doing any keywork research. For a better understanding of the structure of language take a look at the book The Elements of Eloquence by Mark Forsyth
